Cebgo: Cebu Pacific's Regional Arm That Will Also Absorb AirSWIFT from July 2026

History and positioning

After acquiring all of AirSWIFT in October 2024 for about 1.75 billion Philippine pesos, Cebu Pacific decided to have Cebgo absorb all AirSWIFT operations starting in July 2026, with the consequent retirement of the AirSWIFT brand: a consolidation that simplifies the group's structure around a single regional brand.

The fleet

Operations are based mainly on ATR 72 turboprops, the typical choice for serving shorter runways and provincial airports where a standard line jet would not be economically sustainable.

Routes and network

In March 2026 Cebgo connected 30 destinations in the Philippines, mostly provincial airports that act as feeders for Cebu Pacific's main network, a role that will be strengthened further with the absorption of the routes previously operated by AirSWIFT.
