Hotels near Rarotonga International Airport

The international airport is on the north coast, a few minutes from Avarua: the centre is about 4 km away, the west coast at Arorangi roughly ten minutes, the Muri lagoon on the opposite side of the island about 15 minutes. Since Rarotonga is a single 32 km coastal road, no area is really far from the terminal, and the choice depends mainly on the kind of beach you're after: waves and sunsets in the west, the most photographed turquoise lagoon in the Cook Islands in the east.
