Jönköping Airport: where to stay, areas and recommended hotels

Jönköping Airport is about 10 km from the city centre, on Lake Vättern: bus line 27 connects the two points, a taxi costs around 25 euros. The centre, squeezed between Lake Vättern and Lake Munksjön, remains the most convenient base for almost all trips; those coming for a trade fair at Elmia, the city's large conference hub, can instead consider a hotel directly in the area, a few kilometres further from the airport than the centre.
