Kruunupyy Airport: where to stay, areas and recommended hotels

Kokkola-Pietarsaari Airport (Kruunupyy) is isolated about 20 km from the centre of Kokkola, halfway between the two cities it serves: there's nothing around the runway, so the only sensible choice is to sleep in the city and deal with the transfer in both directions. A taxi takes 20-25 minutes, while the dedicated bus, with timetables coordinated with flights, covers the same distance in 30-40 minutes.
