Juwata Airport: where to stay, areas and recommended hotels

Juwata Airport in Tarakan is a few minutes from downtown, about 3-5 km depending on the exact starting point: 10-15 minutes by car or taxi is enough. The supply of hotels with international standards remains very limited on this small island in Kalimantan: the two most reliable properties are both downtown, close to the malls and the port.
