Nanning Wuxu Airport: where to stay, areas and recommended hotels

Wuxu Airport is about 32 km from central Nanning: metro Line 2 goes directly to Terminal 2, but even so a taxi takes around 40 minutes. Downtown remains the most practical choice for anyone with even just half a day, while the airport area is mainly worthwhile for very short layovers or pre-dawn departures, when the metro isn't running yet.
