Ndjili International Airport: where to stay, areas and recommended…

Ndjili is about 24 km from the Gombe district, where almost all the capital's branded hotels are concentrated: with Kinshasa's traffic, the ride realistically takes 60-120 minutes, and a transfer booked in advance remains the safer choice over a taxi hailed on the street. There is no branded property in the immediate vicinity of the terminal, so the choice is effectively Gombe, which also keeps embassies, restaurants and the Congo riverfront close at hand.
