Incheon has no shortage of lounges, but they are scattered across two terminals and a satellite and serve very different passengers. The short answer: with Priority Pass you choose between the SKY HUB and Matina lounges, at night it pays to aim for the ones in the west wing, while with a premium ticket the airline and the departure terminal matter most.
At Incheon, the first choice is made by your boarding pass. Terminal 1, the Concourse A satellite and Terminal 2 each have their own lounges, all on the fourth floor and after passport control: the right lounge is the one in your own zone. Only then does the card in your pocket matter, because airline lounges and a fairly wide independent offering coexist here.

With Priority Pass, or by paying at the door, you can enter the Plaza Premium lounges: the SKY HUB Lounges and the Matina Lounges, found in both terminals and often in pairs between the east and west wings. All of them have a maximum stay of three hours, a limit that matters on long layovers. Anyone waiting for a night flight should aim for the SKY HUB in the west wing, in both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2: those are the ones the airport confirms as open around the clock, unlike their east-wing twins.
For a shower without a premium ticket, the candidate is the Matina Lounge (East) in Terminal 1, with the caveat that the showers close before the lounge does: better to use them as soon as you arrive than late in the evening. For early-morning departures from the same terminal, on the other hand, the Matina Lounge (West) opens an hour before its twin. In Terminal 2 the standard Matina is a short walk from the Matina Gold, the higher-tier version that Plaza Premium presents as a "gourmet boutique": there Priority Pass is not enough and you can only enter by paying at the reception desk.
Passengers boarding from Concourse A will find the SKY HUB Lounge (Concourse A), the only Sky Hub in the satellite: it saves you from going back to the main terminal before boarding, but it stays closed at night.
With a business or first ticket the map changes. In Terminal 1, Singapore Airlines and Star Alliance passengers, together with Star Alliance Gold members, can enter the SilverKris Lounge, which has Singaporean cuisine and a cocktail bar but opens in time slots, with breaks during the day. The oneworld Lounge, run directly by the alliance, welcomes business, first and Emerald and Sapphire members departing on a oneworld flight, and offers private showers.
Asiana kept its lounges in Terminal 1 even after moving its hub to Terminal 2: for evening departures the Asiana Business Lounge West is the one that closes latest, while the Asiana Business Suite Lounge is the top-tier lounge. Terminal 2, instead, is Korean Air territory: the Korean Air Prestige Lounge (West), which the airline describes as the largest in the airport, is the first to open in the morning, while the Korean Air Prestige Lounge (Garden East) focuses on a cooking studio and a library of ramyeon to customize.
In short, at Incheon you choose in three steps. First the terminal, because each has its own lounges and Concourse A has its own SKY HUB. Then the card: with Priority Pass or by paying you go to Plaza Premium, keeping in mind the three-hour limit; with a premium ticket you follow your airline or alliance, remembering that the Asiana lounges stayed in Terminal 1 and that Terminal 2 belongs to Korean Air. Finally, the need of the moment: the west-wing SKY HUB for the night, the east-wing Matina for a shower, the Prestige West for those leaving at dawn.
